i was there 2011 and it was great.
to all the people complaining about the tigers there:
- tiger are night-active animals. so during the day they are always tired and sleeping. they are not drugged (if you have ever seen drugged tigers in thailand you know the difference)
- there are only a 250-350 indochinese tigers left in the world. someone needs to preserve the genes ....
- thats a private company that has to pay for all the costs and food and doctors. the government doesnt ... so sure it could be better but for the local standard its already a really well done place.
it may not be a perfect place but considering all i think they do a great job. and at least in the early mornings and outside of tourist main season its a nice and relaxed place where you can really spend some time with the cats and watch them play with each other and such
