WELCOME
To Dash! Restaurant & Bar
Noi Tevis, owner and gourmet chef, was born in Thailand and educated in the United States where she lived for many years. In 2009, Noi decided to return to her hometown of Chiang Mai to share her greatest passion: excellence in cooking and amazing food.
Dash! was jointly conceived by Noi and a local architect. It was constructed in the wooden tradition and style of northernThai architecture on land owned for generations by Noi's family. Dash! Restaurant & Bar is lovingly named after Noi's son Dashiell.
Dash! is the best destination for gourmet eating. It offers a delicious variety of Thai dishes as well as traditional western "comfort foods" such as homemade hamburgers with fries and Italian pastas with homemade sauces. Every dish is freshly prepared. Breakfast and brunch include Continental or American style breakfast choices, yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit, fruit smoothies and freshly squeezed juices.
Dash! brews a variety of delicious coffee drinks made from fair-trade Arabica and Robusta organic coffee beans grown by the hill tribes in Northern Thailand. A variety of teas, from traditional Chinese to the classic English Breakfast tea are also included in the menu. Don't forget to try Noi's 'to-die-for' brownies and carrot cake. Food is served daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm.
Dash! bar, which is open until midnight, offers beers, wines, cocktails, soft-drinks, coffees, teas, smoothies and fresh juices. You are very welcome to join us in our traditional Thai-style lodge where seating is available indoors, on the porch or in the garden.
