Myself and mygirlfriend were on a half day course with our instructor Ann and had one of the best days that we have had in a long time. Great food, great atmosphere and a really fun day out.

Ann and her team gave us a smell and taste sensation starting with a walk through the organic garden where we were shown all of the ingredients that we would be using during the day - the freshness of everything was great. We then went down to the local market for another lesson in the ingredients used in Thai cooking - obviosuly we had to buy some of the pastes and dried leaves to bring home for further practising!

Back to the school for the cooking and the whole day was structured very well and very to easy to follow with the help of Ann and the multi national group of fellow cooks in the class.

The price of the course is so cheap for what you get - all ingredients, all lessons, a cookbook, pickup and drop back to the hotel - all for 700 Baht (half day), 900 Baht (full day) each.

I would highly recommend Asia Scenic as a day well spent in Chiang Mai.
