“Elephants well treated”

This was the best place in our travel to Thailand to see elephants. They are put in their natural habitat as much as possible, and are allowed to walk around the jungle with the other elephants without being chained up. They look very healthy and happy. This I found nicer as at another camp we visited in Phuket the elephants were chained up to the roadside, looked unhealthy and were not able to move freely. The elephant show after our ride was really good, seeing the elephants playing and the paintings they drew were amazing!! If you are to see elephants in Thailand I would definitely recommend Maesa.
