Accommodation and facilities:
everything is great, especially the staff are helpful and well trainned. However, our pool side access room has lots of ants. One day, we had left a piece of cake on the table and went out, it had been surrounded by over 50 ants when we re back, so terrible.
Reservation service:
the currency always change, even we have confirmed the booking.

Accommodation and facilities:
An absolutely charming hotel, with a really lovely relaxing atmosphere, all the staff are super friendly and will answer any questions you may have on local attractions without trying to push any tours on you. I stayed in a pool access room and it was beyond expectations. The spa massage at the hotel was fantastic and really helped to relieve the aches and pains from lugging my bags at the airport. The hotel is small and intimate and has a real heart about it. It is conveniently located on walking street and the Sunday market runs along it on sunday evenings. Their are temples scattered all around the hotel, with one of the most impressive being literally opposite the hotel. Breakfast was very good, you could choose from a hot menu and a buffet for pastries fruit, cold meats and cheese etc. The fantastic thing is you can have breakfast any time anywhere until 10pm! So if you don t want it at the normal times you can choose to have it as and when you want it.
Reservation service:
Booking as very easy and unlike some other sites, a deposit is paid wih a balance paid nearer your holiday, which is very good!

Accommodation and facilities:
We were very pleased with the hotel and service provided. Clean, contemporary, beautiful courtyard, airy, and very relaxing. Room and bed was very comfy, loved the rainfall shower head! Only complaint, hot water did not last as long as I would have liked. But then again, I like long showers, especially when the shower is so nice. Breakfast was good.
Reservation service:
Easy to use and good communication.
