I´m interested in the food cooking of New Orleans. I think the intercultural exchange with the indigenous population is very rich. When I travelled to Argentina, I stayed in one of those Buenos Aires apartments but in the suburbs, and during the weekends I went to the countryside to have more connection with the traditions of the natives. "Empanadas" for example, is a dish I had´nt heard of before and has a lot to do with Argentinean culture!
