Experience tranquillity, privacy and security in this luxury fully furnished 3-double bedroom Thai-Balinese style single storey villa with 42sqm infinity pool. The villa and pool are set within a 1,200sqm plot of tropical garden, facing east over a picturesque tree-lined lagoon, with the sun rising in the morning and remaining every day of the year until late afternoon over the lagoon, pool area and rear sandstone terrace of the villa. There is also plenty of shade in which to relax out of the sun under the outdoor verandah, Thai sala and overhanging eaves of the roof along the rear terrace. Over 30 species of tropical bird have been seen to visit at various times, with the local Myna’s being especially common in number.
The villa features a very spacious and airy high vaulted-ceiling open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with refrigerator and dishwasher. Air-conditioning is fitted within all the bedrooms and lounge, with the added features of satellite TV, hi-fi with connections for I-Pod, and telephone.
There are three bath/shower rooms, two of which are ensuite; washing machine and ironing facilities; and a separate study with relaxing sofas, computer internet connection, well-stocked book library, hi-fi with connection for I-Pod, air-con and adjacent toilet/washroom.
The private pool is 1.3 metres deep throughout, and has an automated ionised non-chlorinated water cleaning system, providing clean, fresh and relaxing swimming, bathing or simply lounging experience at all times. Table tennis and two mountain bikes also are available for the more active guests.
Built in 2002, the villa is part of the exclusive Nai Harn Baan-Bua gated and managed development of luxury tropical homes. Baan-Bua is located just one mile from the beautiful sandy Nai Harn beach, facing the Andaman Sea on the southwest coast of Phuket, and a one-hour drive south from Phuket airport.
Within the surrounding area, there is a wide range of dining places offering both traditional Thai and International food. There are many opportunities for boat and sea fishing trips, snorkeling, diving and elephant rides, alongside several banks, ATM machines, shops and markets, both traditional and modern.
House cleaning is provided three times per week, with fresh bed linen and towels changed on a weekly basis. Swimming pool maintenance and gardening services are provided two times per week. 24-hour security is also provided by the Nai Harn Baan-Bua management within the gated development.
Personal laundry service, car rental and/or airport transfers can be arranged on request.

All we can say is that you will not be disappointed if you choose this villa. In fact you will be pleasantly surprised how it surpasses your expectations. It is not just somewhere to put down your luggage for a few weeks but it is a home from home. The surrounding lagoon offers a lovely view from the pool and the pleasure of feeding the fish and watching the many birds that frequent it. Everything you could possibly require is provided at the villa. In that respect it is certainly the best we have ever stayed at. The area is very peaceful but a more active nightlife is just a short car/taxi journey along the coast. My teenage daughter loved the hustle and bustle of Patong, only to be endured for an evening out mind you! and Kata and Karon resorts which are closer are lively if a little less so.

We have stayed in Thailand quite a few times but this is different because it is a home, obviously cherished by Shari & Phil, and it has been our home whilst we have been here. We have had 2 wonderful weeks here in Nai Harn. The house exceeded all our expectations and the days here have been perfect for our family. We also loved the beach, massage, German & French bakeries, Banana Corner and Areu Corner restaurants, speedboat to Phi Phi, Coral Island, elephant trekking, watermelon shakes, the night market and going around by scooter... but the best thing was to get back to Baan Nai Fun. Thanks for the best holiday ever.

What a tremendous recommendation. We had the most glorious time. The villa is beautiful and the setting magnificent. In spare moments during our hectic itinerary it has been therapeutic to sit by or in the pool and just gaze out over the lush vegetation. All the staff have been amazing, friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at your villa. It really does have a most peaceful, relaxing and beautiful setting. We found the villa in immaculate condition and were delighted with the layout, tasteful furnishing and decoration and also the generous extras you provide in terms of books, music, internet access, mountain bikes, games and just about everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The site staff were very friendly and helpful and maintenance and cleaning tasks were carried out punctually and efficiently. I would happily recommend, without reservation, a stay in this villa.

Thank you for allowing us to share in your little piece of heaven. Your villa has been brilliantly designed and luxuriously furnished. It has proved to be the perfect location for us to spend time with our family and wonderful to relax in the pool or under the Sala and share time and laughter with the children and their partners. These occasions are all too infrequent but Baan Nai Fun has provided the whole family with great memories to take home with us. Thank you for the recommendations that you made & all your help & advice. The girls went to the Spa for a massage, whilst the boys played golf & we all went to Momtri's for the sunset & a meal which was fantastic. The staff at Baan Bua were also wonderful, particularly the office staff who helped out on a couple of occasions when we needed small maintenance issues looked at & they were sorted out very quickly & efficiently. If anyone expresses an interest in visiting Phuket I would most certainly recommend your villa to them as the perfect place to stay.

We had an unforgettable stay in Phuket, to a very great extent because of the house. Even arriving at night after an 18 hour journey, it was stunning. We just had to explore, even though we were really tired. The next morning we realised that we had arrived in Paradise - and that was before we left the property! It is clearly a lovingly created home, beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standards. The sense of space is striking, but not overwhelming, and in the stunning pool, overlooking a tranquil lagoon watching a heron fish one wonders whether it is really worth going to see the rest of Phuket! All this in a peaceful and secluded private estate, but only minutes from the best beach on the island and in easy walking distance of basic shops and a wide variety of excellent bars and restaurant if one really feels the need to go out. We will be back!!

We wanted to say how much we enjoyed this villa. Sitting outside in the warm with a glass of wine is our idea of heaven, and sitting on the verandah overlooking the lagoon was better still. We have booked villas before and although the pictures seen in advance are always accurate, it is the view you don't see that is the crucial one. - this villa was the exception; if anything we don't think the pictures do it justice! We weren't prepared for that wonderful view, and for that view, we would have happily forgiven a few shortcomings within the villa itself, but there weren't any. Everything we could conceivably need was there. We hope we will be able to come back again one day. Thank you both so much for the effort you put into making sure that everything was thought of, both in terms of everything available at the villa and the arrangements for our arrival. We had a wonderful 2 weeks.

I've stayed 3 times in paradise! Baan Nai Fun is a delightful Thai bungalow with very comfortable beds and furnishings in beautiful surroundings. To get up and have an early morning dip in the pool before breakfast, then deciding where to visit during the day is my idea of heaven! After a good day out enjoying the sites, it�s time for another dip and G&T�s before making yet another decision, where to eat in the evening. There are plenty of very good restaurants in the area and the Nai Harn beach is only about a mile away. I have no hesitation is recommending this delightful place for a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
