Would do it again, Tiger Kingdom, Chiangmai

Round Trip to Tiger Kingdom:  600 Baht car/driver/gasoline

Recommend: Elephant show + elephant riding through jungle and stream to 7 hilltribe village (including Long neck karen) + monkey show + Orchid/butterfly farm and lunch buffet at Tiger Kingdom, a day program about 6-7 hours

Fees: 2,450 Baht per person for 2-3 person (if one person = 4,900 Baht) including air-con car/English speaking driver/gasoline/ticket for Elephant show/Elephant ride/hilltribe/monkey show/orchid n butterfly and Lunch buffet

First let's start with the sad truth: All you people who think that this is "wrong", think about what would happen to those tigers if the place would be shut down: those tigers would end up being killed for medicinal reasons (just like hundreds that are being trafficked as we speak) or by hunters for good sport. This place at least takes care of them, feeds them and keeps them from getting killed, through the money paid by tourists to get on pictures with them. The animals are not drugged or chained. They are sleepy because they are nocturnal animals, they are over-fed in the morning and they use girls cuz they are not as territorial as the males. The only thing the park could do is inform the public a bit more instead of just making money off of them :-)
