we were impressed by the decor , environment and wonderful service with rati lanna riverside spa resort. staffs are well trained , food variety is limited but is tasty. i highly recommend rati lanna riverside spa resort to those who heading to chang mai. a great place to relax in the hotel. six thumbs up!!!!!

Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Great saltwater pool which was very relaxing after touring during the day. Good spot to do tours out of with elephants and night zoo close by.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Cheaper to book a taxi to airport & night safari etc than doing a tour through hotel. Taxi drivers speak very good English and we used the one driver throughout our stay.
