Like others with a 5 star opinion this place is great. Colonial suite was spacious and well appointed ( except old tv). Did room service hamburger one evening and it was presented as if it was Kobe beef. Thai restaurant and show very well done and not a distraction for dinner at all. Don't read my review. Just make a reservation. This hotel is one of the most incredible most beautiful hotels I have ever seen. Wonderful 5 days with my family Everything is perfect , architecture is magnificent , service awesome We loved to ride bikes every morning everywhere in the hotel. Dont miss the rice planting if you go with kids!

Don't miss Chiang Mai during your trip to Thailand and please do yourself a favor ... enjoy the experience staying at Dhara Dhevi Oriental Hotel .... Best thai food so far. Lovely breakfast, paddy fields ... One of the best Hotels in Thailand.
