You can't ask for a better, more personable, and fun instructor than mam. I think the most unfortunate thing about the class that I don't think panda leaf is readily available back in NY nor is their awesome coconut shavings and Thai farm/garden ingredients. My favorite part of the garden was definitely the oyster mushroom shack, our hot instructor, massamam curry, fried banana, and definitely the experience. I might just have to get a wok now.
