This place produces mixed reactions. When you enter you chose whether you will just see one size of tiger (smallest (cubs), small (young cats), medium (adolescents/young adults) or large (fully grown)) or two or all of them. The price is obviously more, the more categories of tigers you want to encounter.
Firstly it is a great opportunity to get close to magnificent creatures that you would never otherwise get the chance to be close to, touch, stroke etc. Having a fully grown tiger roll over and offer me its tummy to scratch is a truly memorable moment for me, especially when it purred!
The cats seems happy although a little bored. They clearly get a little over people touching them at times and one fully grown tiger gave a little growl when I was stroking it which I understandably quickly respected and stepped back. The cats are hand reared but there are still tigers!
There are lots of debates that animals should not be kept in cages and would be happier to be free in the wild, however tigers are endangered in the wild so there are so many arguments that could be discussed about this. You have to make a personal choice whether to go somewhere like tiger kingdom. I personally will remember my contact with these tigers for years to come.
