A great day! First we had superb opportunities for elephant photos - being raised by a trunk is elating - get there early to avoid crowds. then you are comfortably transported for an hour thru winding rice paddy and 'jungle' trails with plenty of photo opps - (arrange with another rider to share photos) then comes the SHOW - who would guess? elephants paint, play harmonica and hoola hoop - almost all at the same time. you'll fall in love with these majestic creatures. nice little gift shop too. after lunch - Rafting! get poled down the river - wear a hat - more lush jungle views. a highlight of a Thailand trip....
