This full day course spent at a lovely farm outside of Chiang Mai was absolutely fantastic. Our instructor Ann was a delight - sprinkling humour and happiness throughout the day. The menu was varied, the structure of the day was relaxing, the teaching was clear and interesting and the food fabulous. The best thing we have done in Thailand!
